Celebrating the life of
Carter James Boyett
June 13, 2023 - September 26, 2023
Our precious blue-eyed, dimple-cheeked baby, Carter James Boyett, age 3 months, went home to Jesus on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. He passed away at the Children’s Hospital of Savannah surrounded by his loving family.
Carter was born along with his twin brother Cooper on June 13, 2023 to parents Bailee Kelley Boyett and James Boyett in Nashville, Tennessee.
Known for his sweet and sunny personality, Carter loved his brother and his Mama, but was a Daddy’s boy through-and-through. He enjoyed afternoon walks in the stroller with his family, and charmed everyone he met. We know Cooper will miss his best friend, as the two babies were always inseparable and loved being near one another.
Carter is survived by his mother and father Bailee and James Boyett; his twin brother, Cooper John Boyett; his maternal grandparents, James Kelley, Jr and Jami Marino; and his paternal grandparents, Kelvin and Jan Boyett. Carter also has eight loving aunts, two uncles, five cousins, and numerous extended family members.
A huge hole has been left in our hearts, but we are thankful for each and every moment that we got to spend with Carter James on this earth, and we look forward to the day we will be reunited with him forever in eternity.
Please join us to celebrate Carter’s life at Community Bible Church of Savannah on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 1:00 in the afternoon. A private graveside burial for the family will be held directly following the service at Greenwich Cemetery.
